You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, submit false information, or use automated means to place requests or trigger calls to numbers you are not authorized to contact.

Demonstrations and communications

If you request a demonstration call or provide your phone number, you consent to being contacted at that number for the purpose of your request. You represent that any phone number you submit belongs to you or that you are authorized to receive contact at it.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number to us (for example, through a form on our website or by requesting a call or demo) and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Chairside related to your requests, appointment scheduling, demos, customer care, and account notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. To opt back in, sign up again as you did originally.
